Why families choose Prepaze for public speaking & debate in Morrisville

Personalized, even in a group

Small classes of up to 10, plus 1:1 options — every student is placed by a diagnostic, not just their grade.

Right here in Morrisville

In-center sessions aligned to NC standards, plus online if it's easier.

Practice that sticks

Unlimited practice and progress tracking on the Unik learning platform — included, never an add-on.

Real teachers who care

Experienced instructors who build confidence and study habits, not just test scores.

Speaking, argument and nerves

Two separate things get called public-speaking difficulty: not knowing what to say, and knowing exactly what to say and being unable to say it. The first is a structure problem and responds to teaching. The second is a nerves problem and responds only to repetition in front of people, which is why these run as small groups rather than one-to-one.

Our Morrisville center sits in Park West Village, off Chapel Hill Road in the stretch of western Wake County between Cary and RTP. Families here are typically juggling a school day that ends mid-afternoon and parents who finish work much later, so the schedule is built around that gap rather than around the school bell.

Finding the Morrisville center

We are at 3031 Village Market Place, Morrisville, NC 27560, inside Park West Village. Parking is surface parking shared with the rest of the center, so there is no garage to navigate and no meter to feed. If you are coming from Cary or Preston, Chapel Hill Road brings you in from the south; from RTP and the airport side, NC-54 and Airport Boulevard are the usual approach. It is a short detour for a parent already heading home down Chapel Hill Road, which is how most of our Morrisville families fit it in.

Built for Wake County students

Students here are on the North Carolina standard course of study, and the assessments that matter are the state's own. End-of-Grade tests cover reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8, with science added in grades 5 and 8. At high school, the End-of-Course tests are NC Math 1, NC Math 3, Biology and English II — four specific courses where a weak grade is visible on a transcript for years. Our NC classes are sequenced against that reality rather than against a generic national syllabus, which is also why the work here differs from what the same course covers at our California center.

Schools our Morrisville families come from

Students travel to the Morrisville center from across Morrisville and west Cary. Among the schools they attend:

  • Cedar Fork Elementary
  • Morrisville Elementary
  • Parkside Elementary
  • Pleasant Grove Elementary
  • Sterling Montessori Academy
  • Wake Early College of Information & Biotechnologies
  • Panther Creek High School
  • Green Hope High School
  • Green Level High School

Prepaze Academy is an independent tutoring provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any school or the Wake County Public School System. School names are used only to describe the communities our students come from.
