Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you book a free trial or diagnostic, enroll, or contact us, we collect details such as parent/guardian and student names, email address, phone number, student grade and school, program interests, and anything you include in messages to us.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store full card or bank-account numbers.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We use the information we collect to:

• schedule assessments, trials, and classes, and deliver our programs;
• process enrollments, payments, and refunds;
• communicate with you about scheduling, billing, progress, and program updates;
• personalize each student’s learning plan and track progress on the Unik platform;
• improve our services, and keep our site and accounts secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run our services — for example, with service providers who process payments (Stripe), send email on our behalf, or host our systems — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of students, families, or our staff. We do not share your information with advertisers to sell you products.

We work with families of K-12 students. Accounts and enrollments are created and controlled by a parent or guardian, who decides what information is shared with us. We collect student information only as needed to provide educational services, and we do not knowingly use it for advertising. Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
