Why families choose Prepaze for public speaking & debate online

Personalized, even in a group

Small classes of up to 10, plus 1:1 options — every student is placed by a diagnostic, not just their grade.

Learn from anywhere

Live online sessions you can join from home, on your schedule, anywhere in the U.S.

Practice that sticks

Unlimited practice and progress tracking on the Unik learning platform — included, never an add-on.

Real teachers who care

Experienced instructors who build confidence and study habits, not just test scores.

Speaking, argument and nerves

Two separate things get called public-speaking difficulty: not knowing what to say, and knowing exactly what to say and being unable to say it. The first is a structure problem and responds to teaching. The second is a nerves problem and responds only to repetition in front of people, which is why these run as small groups rather than one-to-one.

Online classes are live and small, taught by the same instructors who teach in our centers. Families join from across the United States, and the class a student joins follows the curriculum of the state they are actually schooled in rather than a single national one.

How online classes run

Classes are live video with a real teacher and a small group — not recorded lessons and not a chatbot. Students need a laptop or tablet, a working camera and a quiet place to sit; everything else, including the textbook and the practice platform, comes with the enrollment. There is no drive, which for families outside Wake County or the Tri-Valley is usually the deciding factor.

Which curriculum you get

Curriculum follows the family's state. A North Carolina student online is taught against the North Carolina standard course of study and its End-of-Grade and End-of-Course assessments; a California student is taught against the California Integrated Mathematics pathway. We ask for the state at enrollment for exactly this reason, because putting a student in the wrong sequence costs a term before anyone notices.

Public Speaking & Debate online — questions parents ask

Do you offer public speaking & debate classes online?

Yes. Prepaze Academy offers public speaking & debate classes online, live with a teacher, with both small-group classes and 1:1 sessions matched to your child's grade and goals.

What ages and grades do you cover?

We work with students from elementary through high school, and we place every student by their actual level after a quick diagnostic — not just their grade on paper.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the program and how often your child attends. Monthly plans, quarterly and annual options, and bulk 1:1 packs are available. Book a free trial and we'll recommend the right fit.

Can we start with a trial?

Yes — every family can book a free trial class so your child (and you) can see the teaching before committing.
